Everyone must do exercise at least half an hours a day and 5 days a week, walking is one of the best exercise for heart health, weight loss, good stamina and many more.

You can buy many things from market but no one can sell you good health and fitness, you have to earn it own by workout. Which people who do not care or ignore their health later on suffers and spend lots of money on doctors and medicine, its always better to take preventive action before trouble comes in your way.

Due to today's very busy lifestyle we have to spend lots of time for office or business to complete the task and fight the competition which leads to heavy stress on mind, ignorance of mental peace.

Just see around and you will find fatty, big belly and heavy weighted people, then we think why they become like this, why should they do not care their self, why eat junk and oily foods, very sweet, hence time must be given for exercise and fitness.
