Here are step by step process :-

1) Click on MARKETPLACE - 

2) Click on Selling :-

3) Click on Create Listing - Items

4) Fill the details - i.e. a) item name b) price c) location d) select item category e) additional detailed specification f) add images and then click on next

5) Select groups and then Post.

6) Your add is active now.
